Did the 275 with no plates on ground compared to having plates on all the other sets. Decided I’d try 280 with the plates and it was a no go, should have done 275 but either way it is a PR for reps. (280 is current 1RM)
Matched PR at 175, 185 wasnt going to happen, felt shaky catching the bar, but theirs plenty of room to land under bar.
