    I think there were a few bench press PRs this AM.

    Current is 225#…tried 235# but needed a spot

    3×150’ sled push…got 1 push in at the end.

  3. DB Floor Press 1RM
    20’s x 5 – 25’s x 4 – 30’s x 3 – 35’s x 2 – 40’s x 1 – 45’s (attempted and failed)

    150′ sled push – got 2 in

    Did 115# with maybe a small bit of help from Mark ?? Thanks for the support 🙂 never tested 1RM before but I’d say this was one
    3×150’ sled push. Got them all in. Not much rest !
