Before and After

We have some pretty amazing transformations going on at CrossFit Moncton. Incredible is one word that comes to mind when I see Tara Bett’s changes. This is what Paleo eating and exercise looks like. And it looks good on you Tara! Keep up the great work!

Anyone interested in an afternoon bike trip are welcome to join us at the gym on Saturday at 1pm. Bring food and water ’cause it might be a long trip.
