    Started with 135# couldn’t figure out the rhythm between Deadlifts and PC. Just felt sloppy so went to 115# after 15 reps. Right move as I just finished the WOD

  14. WOD..

    First round with 95. Figured I should have been able to handle purple weight since my levels for today are brown.. but nope. Came in after my first round after 5 mins so I dropped my weight to 85# and spent the rest of the wod trying (unsuccessfully) to catch up. No dice. Got 75m at the 20 min cap. Frustrating.

    Also, it was 33 degrees at the noon class.

  19. WOD @ 105# with 20 cal bike

    Just finished at 19:52. I had to full out sprint the last bike to finish in time.

    Burpees were slooooooow today.

    Strength: Worked up to 115. Didn’t have 125 in me today.
