I used the exact same weight as I used in the morning, but my time was 3:40. One minute and 3 seconds faster than it was at the 8:30am class.
Weird.
Kevin said it’s because I don’t eat breakfast before I go to the gym, which is true because eating before a WOD makes me barfy.

When I do 6am I have a scoop of protein and a banana or baby food. Feels like nothing but gives me energy! I also hate eating right when I wake up.
