  2. Today was a 2 for 1 for me..
    Roxanne and Derek and i walked the mile loop a couple times. The first time we managed a time of 20:25 with Roxanne carrying 30# and Derek had 40#.. The second trip I added 10# each and asked them to beat that time.. We jogged every other telephone pole and finished at 17:25!
    Roxanne told me her 1 mile time was 18 min, I think she’s faster now lol

    Today I paired up with Lia, although I’ve never met her before, I think we were and awesome duo!
    We did burpees and squats in sets of 5 and the skipping, the first person skipped until we tripped..
    7 rounds plus 7 burpees

    Nearly died from getting over this sickness but felt good to cough it all out. Squats were good, burpees didn’t feel great though.
