  4. QOD: for the Girl WODS, I would definitely pick my favourite, Grace(135# Clean and Jerks x30 reps). But if we’re talking Hero WODS, it would have to be Murph. Who wouldn’t want to be the best in the world at that?!?

    QOD: Definitely Grace and probably Murph, but I don’t know too many of the hero wods yet.

    Went a little easy today as my wrist was a bit sore, but went up a few pounds in my wall balls.

    Hanging knee raises
    Thrusters (35#)
