August 7 workout

Ok folks, CrossFit Fredericton and CrossFit Bathurst are teaming up with CrossFit Moncton for a road trip to CrossFit PEI (that’s a whole lot of CrossFit!). If you’re interested in joining us on Saturday, August 23, I need to know by this Saturday! I have room for a couple people, so first come, first serve for those spots. If you can drive, let me know as well!

I got some new toys yesterday, so we’ll see them in use at tonights workout!

1min Dumbbell Swings

  1. So is it gonna be like the games? Or is it gonna be a ton of learning…. Or both? I will double check with my parents but Im pretty sure im going. haha how many days is it?

  2. It’s just a chance for a bunch of like-minded people to get together and have fun at a workout. Not exactly sure what it’s going to be, but that’s the flavor of CrossFit.
    It’s just for the day on Saturday.

    1min Skipping – 51 / 65 / 65 / 44 = 225 (Double-Unders)
    1min Dumbbell Swings – 25 / 25 / 25 / 25 = 100
    2min Rest

    1min PU – 30 / 30 / 30 / 27 = 117
    1min SK – 73 / 92 / 84 / 95 = 344(Did singles and not double unders, I know weak sauce)
    1min DS – 29 / 30 / 31 / 29 = 119 ( Used 30 pounds, I should have used 35s 🙁 )
    2min Rest

    Total reps = 580 Not bad, I really enjoyed it though! A lot of fun.

  7. Jay – hahaha! The rearview mirror would be a huge help! The track in Dieppe was nice because you could see the lines in front of you as you were running. Better terrain too!
