    Denis, what was your time? You beat me 🙁 You got ahead of me during the first round of pull-ups and I couldn’t catch you after that… sigh!

    I still hate that 400m loop with lumpy, holy grass and the sharp turns.

    15 pull ups (cause that’s what I thought it was!)

    Total Time: 14:27 (No walking – ran the whole way!!!)

  9. Couldnt make it with you guys tonight but after some grueling attempts to drag Lindsay (hah) there we did some pretty good times..:D

  10. I am not going to PEI saturday…so maybe we will going you guys saturday.

    We are going camping/hiking friday night an saturday so maybe will be back early enough to make it saturday.

    400 m run
    21 dumbell swings @ 35 lbs.
    12 pull ups

    Time : 11:09 ( PR by 5 min…but used 55 # dumbell last time. )

    Next time we’ll get sub 10 min Jeanette. And your right, that grass is awefull. Next time we should all bring our lawn mowers and cut that grass. LOL…or bring a bunch of goats for a week. 😀

  13. Well…”ANGIE” is a hard one!
    Arrrhhhh…my both hands ripped open while doing the pull-ups….I should have had wear gloves.

    100 sit-ups: 7:13
    100 squats: 4:46

    TOTAL: 34:05

    I am a bit dissapointed by my pull-ups….but my hands slowed me down a lot. 🙂
