    Lunge w Twist
    Inchworm Pushups
    Straddle Sit-ups
    High Knees/Jog on Spot
    Figure 4 Stretch :30/Side
    Downward Dog 1 min
    Hamstring Roll/Stretch

    WOD
    Min 1
    45 Sec Wall Sit (unbroken)
    Min 2:
    35 Air Squats
    Min 3:
    45 Sec Plank (unbroken)
    Min 4:
    Max Pushups (20/16/15/17)
    Min 5:
    Rest
