Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

The Moncton Firefighter Combat Team is looking for teams to register for a
fun day relay on Saturday Oct 31 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the St George Fire

The guys are doing a kick off for their 2010 calendar sales and have planned
a day to invite the public to watch and participate in the fire fit

Teams are invited to register and join in the fun. Teams can be 3-6 or
whatever amount and it is $20 per person. Money from registration and 20%
of calendar sales goes to F.A.C.E. ( Firefighters against cancer existence)

Teams are welcome to set up a table display and a banner. Radio will be
there and also they hope to have newspaper. This is the first time they
have done this so they are hoping for a good turn out from the public for
participation and to see what the fire fit is all about.

Course Includes:
Stair Climb
Hose Hoist
Forcible Entry
Obstacle Course and Hose Advance
Victim Rescue

    30 progression muscles up with a box in about 20 min…including cheering break!! The muscleup grip is hurting my hands….I guess that is mean I am doing it right lol!!

    Im taking care of Carlee for Kevin, i dropped him off at the airport and carlee was so sad, Its a good thing Kevin as one women in his life.

    I will make sure she still comes to work outs well 4 15 work outs.

    Hung out for the 530 Class and worked on Muscle up progression… watching Pierre do 30MUs for time set the stage for me to succeed – Tks bud!!

    So yes, I set a goal to get out a muscle-up by Thanksgiving and I nailed it last night!! 🙂 It was crazy cause I really didn’t think about it… and POW I was up there completely surprised looking down at Pierre like “now what do I do?? Oh yeah, press it out!!” Felt so good I encored it 4 times!! Thanks all for the support on this one and all the congrats that have followed!! 🙂
