  1. i skipped out of work this morning to get a ride in before the rain..

    10 min warm up,
    7km time trial up the berry mills road (from lights at edinburgh? to the turn off to the homestead/mag hill) 13:53! (ave 30km/hr)
    then up homestead to magnectic hill, around ryan road, berry mills and home

    total 26km, 1 hr 06 min (nasty head wind on ryan road!)

    MC – you’ve got these pull ups girl! knock it out of the park!

    CFWU x 3 (w/ 5 deadhang pull-ups; 10 bar dips)

    Decided to do a partial CF Fredericton WOD and partial CF Moncton WOD… Γ  la 50s.

    For time:
    50 Db Swings, 16kg
    50 Thrusters, 20kg (no med balls at l’Γ‰nerGym)


    For time:
    50 Push-Ups
    50 Sit-Ups
    50 Squats


    I’m full of excuses but I’ll spare you the whining. I’m simply out of shape.

    However, could a 50m change in elevation be affecting my performance? I’m going to pretend it does. I’m running out breath faster than usual. I refuse to accept that it’s all the rich food, drinking, and staying up until the wee hours of the morning.

    -100 pull up
    -100 push up
    -100 situp
    -100 squat

    Time: 29:44

    The pull up was by far the worst, probably more than 50% of the time. The good thing is that Angie scared my headache (and Sean lol)!!! πŸ™‚ But open my hand after 83 pull up!! I’m proud I did it under 30 min!!

    100 squats

    No ripping for me – but close. Loads of chalk i think helped me tonight. Sit ups are a goat for sure. I am very slow with those. Knee feeling better and better – no issues with it tonight πŸ™‚
