April 18 workout

3 rounds of:
50 Lunges
20 Burpees
20 Dumbell Thrusters


Head to the Wellness Expo at Moncton High School. Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm. Admission is $5. There will be various seminars throughout the day as well. Door prizes and draws will happen during each day as well. (I’m booth #14 if you want to come visit)

  3. Today, I went to Crossfit l’Usine in Montreal!!

    What a great bunch of people and an awesome box! They all introduce themself to me and talked a lot. Chris and Dom (the 2 trainers) are 2 really nice guys. They will be at the qualifiers in Fredericton!

    Anyways, here is what we did:

    25 HSPU
    25 Pullups
    25 ring dips
    25 DU
    25 OHS
    25 situps

    5 rounds for time of:
    5 HSPU
    10 Burpees
    15 KD swing 1 pood

    Time: 14:01

    I kip those HSPU for most of the WOD and it helped a lot!
    They were doing 3 WODs today to get ready for the qualifiers, they invited me to do it…but I couldn’t do it today! Great time.

    Strength : Back squat 5-115 5-115 (again, because the first time wasn’t deep enough) 5-125

    WOD :
    3 rounds of:
    -50 lunges
    -20 burpees
    -20 DB thrusters #20

    Time: 25 something

    Brutal workout! I am glad a came even if I only sleep a few hours! I guess Crossfit really motivate me!!

    Since its so nice outside, I decide to do my first bike ride of the year. My bike was making funny sound!

    warm up x 1 – 10 real ring dips, 10 HSPU (g/r)

    WOD: 3 rounds for time
    50 walking lunges
    20 burpees
    20 DB thrusters (15#)
    time- 17:something

    awesome work MC with those 20#s, and Elissa too!

    afternoon: 56km road ride (hilly loop around calhoun, memramcook, dieppe)
    2h 21min – gorgeous out!!!

    MC – bill fixes bikes if you want to bring it over for him to take a look at yours for you – fix that noise.
