Another successful event!

We had 20 participants at the Fight Gone Bad event yesterday! Most people that were doing it for a second time got a PR, which is awesome! But even more impressive was the amount of money brought in – $283. With that added to the money we raised for the FACES Relay last weekend, that’s a grand total of $608! I’m very proud to be part of such a generous group of people.

Big thanks for CrossFit Saint John and the Moncton Fire Dept for their showing!

Also, Angela brought in the most money and she won the free membership! Congratulations Angela!

Reminder of the Paleo Challenge meeting tomorrow night at 7:30pm. Also, if anyone has an LCD projector I could borrow for that meeting, please shoot me an email.

    1. It has very little to do with technique Marc. You know what to do, and how to do it. What you don’t have is flexibility. Stretch my son! You need to develop your full range of motion.

    Tough workout, but I must say I actually enjoyed it! First time I have felt comfortable with OHS in WOD. I think the key is stretching and snatching the weight.
