    Worked on squat snatch. I have only done this once before…I have been avoiding it purposely, but decided that I am never going to get better unless I work on it.

    My apologies to those at the noon class. Lydia was not a fan of the WOD today.

    1. Potty mouth, you were ahead of the ninja for most of it..she got ya in the end. That’s what ninjas do, they sneak up on ya.

    Keep the chest high to not raise hips first and keep head so my spine is flat all the way through. Thanks for sharing a bar with me Mario good times. Thanks so much to everyone who was watching me and giving me pointers helped so much feel way better about these still need some work but lots of progress tonight.

    1 Rep: 70-70-70-70-70….stuck at this weight. The first two weren’t pretty, but I was hitting the last 3. Need to keep the speed up in the transition overhead.

    I like these occasional WODS where we get to spend some time working on our form.

    *Focused on feet/landing. Was landing too wide, with duck feet. Worked on landing with more narrow stance, feet straight ahead (or more straight anyway) and pushing knees out to make room for hips on the squat.
