95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

    P.S. This workout really sucks, after one round I didn’t know if I had it in me, kept with it thanks to all the great people I work out with. Very sore, Kevin thinks it’s fine to be sore, I think he is pure evil!

    Finished 10 rounds flat as rx’d.

    After doing my last round in 1m40s…I felt that I should have went faster on the other 8 rounds. But heh, tomorrow is my rest day, so I am happy! 😀

    85,95,105,115,120(F) – last one didn’t go up…super sore today. Feels like I just started CrossFitting again.
