    Wall balls were tough the last couple rounds, along with a few no-reps tossed in..deadlifts felt good, and box jumps never do.

    180 reps at the 18 min cap.

    Used less weight due to lower back.

    Dead Lifts: Did a few sets at 105#, but didn’t add any more weight. Lower back felt off this morning, so not taking chances

    WOD: 3 rounds
    12 dead lifts @ 85# (kept weight light)
    24 box jumps 20″
    36 wall balls 14# @ 10′

    203 reps at time cap. Completed all rounds in allowed time stamp, except last round of wall balls was 23.
    The wall balls were horrible. Really struggled to string even 5 together.

  18. Wod started at 175#, dropped 10# twice to finish with 155#
    This wod was a train wreck for me…Deadlifts were bothering my back, everything felt too hard. It was supposed to be a rest day and I went in anyway…I learn this lesson every couple years. 🙂

    This was one of my toughest. Hated every second and was happy when it was done. Will be interested to see progress next time.
