Well that was rough. DU’s in first two rounds were 2’s and 3’s so that was the roadblock. Got better as the wod went on but still not great. So that’s twice this week the DU have been a problem – guess that puts them back on the list of things to work on.
55# was the right call for the presses. They got really heavy in the 8th and 9th rounds. I love it when the scale turns out to be the right thing to do!
