  1. I was affraid you could see how many times I check the CFmoncton site. Atleast 15 to 20 times a day. No kidding too… I got problems. 😀

  2. Way too many…good thing I don’t have access at work, I’d never get anything done.

  3. I check the Bathurst Site 10 to 15 times throughout the day. This one every 3rd day! Just seeing how everyone is doing!

    1. Oh I check the site anywhere from 5-15 times a day. If I’m super obsessed one day I will search all around the cfit world like 5 times haha

    1. I check a lot too – mostly in the hopes of seeing how great everyone is doing (like you girls yesterday), but also for a few good laughs from the Crossfit comedy club 🙂

    I love Annie even though I am physically unable to do DU’s. Notice no C… word used.

    I check everyday about 5 times. Once as soon as I get up, at lunch time, when I get home from work, right after my WOD, and then right before bed. I check this site more than my email.

  9. 6am is killer – for those of you that do it religiously good for you…I still had pillow marks on my face! And for the record, Annie is a b****…… I actually have “spine burn” from all those situps! Ed, you are a machine – it’s almost un human-like! Wait until you’re 30, then you’ll see, it’s all downhill 🙂 Good job! I hope to never see any of you at 6am again! I like my 415 slot!

    1. don’t be scared – at 34 i’m in the best shape of my life – faster, stronger, tougher – and that’s only after 2 years of CF – i can’t wait to see the difference in 10 years!

    Good God Wait till you hit 60 and do these workouts. Crossfit keeps you from aging.

  11. The number of times I check site is equal to my anxiety level which coincidentally is equal to the intensity of the workout! If I see that a “good Crossfitter” has taken a long time to finish a work out I know I am screwed!

    Weak time but I did it as Rx’d for the first time. Old record was 11 something with singles. Also pretty happy with the OHS PR, felt like I could probably put up a bit more.
