185/225/255/275/285 x 2 🙁 bar fell off the shoulder in the bottom of the squat … More mobility needed ..
Pretty happy with that runs were faster than I thought I could handle and everything was unbroken ..
Next time need to set up closet to the door and push the runs a little harder.

Used small door and dodged bodies in the masters class haha so maybe can shave a bit more time off. Those 50 situps felt like an eternity.
