    My energy was low this AM due to the weekend full of sun, heat and beach ultimate. it was my 4th or 5th Parlee Beach Ultimate tournament and its the first time I am not sore! I guess this Crossfit thing really works πŸ™‚ I am tired and I have a few small aches but no mega sore muscles like the past years. This is awesome!

      The first 50 DU were mega sucky! Had a hard time focusing and stringing them together! Spent the rest of the WOD making up my time.
