    I forgot to post yesterday’s WOD results:
    Time: 8:59 YUCK! YUCK! And I am not talking about the comedy festival! Probably my least favorite WOD so far at Cross Fit. I looked like a senior doing the burpee broad jumps.

    Today the doubles were great but the sit-ups felt very slow. Last time I did Annie was exactly 1 year ago Feb 9th/2010 and time was 10:25 with bent knee sit-ups.

    I had forgotten how much hard the situps were!! And I struggled with my DU’s tonight a bit..not concentrating enough maybe?

    I still like Annie! I’m 3 for 3 for workouts that I enjoyed this week. That doesn’t bode well for the rest of the week, I think….
