    I really believe I can do better on this one. For some reason my situps were really slow. Tried to keep my legs straight but hamstrings were extremely tight.

    Huge Pr, Thought I had 215 on the bar but found out after it was 225. That puts a supposed 1rm at 250!

  8. Thanks Joanna! To answer the question of the day; I talk about Cross Fit daily during my encounters with friends, co workers and family. I have trained for marathons, half marathons, played varsity sports in university and I have been a frequent flyer at a few gyms. However nothing, I mean absolutely nothing has given me the results that I have experienced since I have joined Cross Fit. Cross Fit has become an important part of my life and I convey huge praise about the program to anyone who is willing to listen!

    Got pistol with right leg (goal achieved for one leg hehe)

    Strength – front squat 1’s

    DU and situps (straigth leg)

    Time: 6:54 (PR by close to two min and last time was with bent legs – Feb/10)

    Oh and PR for DU in a row 47

    Christmas is just around the corner and since many of us have gone paleo, I thought we all might have some unperishables we could collect and donate to our local food bank.
