    1. Good job on your OHS. And by the way, I’d say you take the win on the WOD. I got a few squat reps taken away by coach but I’m sure a lot more shouldn’t have counted.

    Really struggling with my pushups, they ate up a lot of time. And I used the small band for my pullups but I could have done without it. Next time.

    I feel like I missed a round in my counting because last time I did this one, I had over 8 rounds… Although I did my pushups from my knees last time, could that have really made me 2 rounds slower? Pretty sure my pullups would have slowed me down last time so it shouldn’t have been that far off.. Oh well. It was a good workout.

    1. Congrats on doing your pushups from your knees; yes they will slow you down initially, but you will get stronger and faster the more you do them. Good work!

  11. It’s supposed to be my rest day but I went home at noon and did Angie on the rings in the garage.

    I kept track of my intervals as I did in November which makes it fun to compare.

    100 sit-ups (4:53) … 0:28 faster
    100 squats (3:50) … 0:40 slower

    Time —> 27:15

    Overall 2:16 slower than November but those ring pull-ups were tough! Did them on the bar last time. So here’s a challenge… Who’s doing ring pull-ups this afternoon? πŸ˜€

      I struggled with OHS for months. Since sectionals things have started to turn around. I attribute the improvements to 4 mobility/stretches that I do a few times a week and right before a workout with OHS or Snatch. If anyone wants to know the main stretches just let me know.
