  6. Hey guys, the “Who’s Your Daddy” adventure race that is taking place June 12, 2010. I know that a few guys from Crossfit Fredericton did it last year and I looks like a lot of fun! Kevin and I are planning to participate, but it could be nice if another team from the gym could enter.

    none required – just bring more racers and some fans

    Not great number but glad I did with real ring dip (except the last 3…I really wanted to do the v-snap…lol)..but still…27 rings dips… PR!!

    75-95-105-115-125(2 then failed on the 3rd) THEN discovered that I had 125 on there instead of 120. Tried 120… got 3 up, but after the huge struggle to get the 3rd one up… coach said it didn’t count… something about a knee bending or something… but I personally think he had been drinking or something. So, between the 2 at 125 and the 2 good ones at 120… I’m saying I knocked out 3 at 120. PR for reps! Ha! So there!

    SUCKS!!!! I have to work on my ring dips in warm up now.
