    The med ball cleans were my 1st squats in a WOD in a long time and my back felt good. Yippee. I was super careful to keep it straight.

    I was happy to be back with my 6 a.m. crew, after doing yesterdays WOD in the heat at 5:45. Often times I see comments on from folks wondering how the morning crew can possibly perform early morning. I question how the afternoon crew can perform in the heat. It is a killer!
