    *Crossfit math to figure out wod weight:
    3 rep max= (95 / 85%) – 10% (cause Monday sucks) X 75% (since knee is only 3/4 healed) X 50% (per wod instructions) = 37#. Used 45# (since this was on the bar when Kevin yelled ’10 seconds!’)
