Today Janet and I hit up 7am OG and did a 60# sandbag clean and toss workout.. (Yes, we copy cat Kevin’s workout) We went to the driveway and back twice, so 400m.. (We alternated throwing)
I am happy to say I am much more comfortable cleaning a 60# sandbag..
I am super excited to say I finally cleaned the 80# sandbag!!!!! Still a work on progress, but still super cool..
1 – Empty (thought FOR SURE I was going to die or my legs were going to fall off)
2 – Empty (other sled, not as tough, but still not my idea of a fun time)
3 – A whopping 2.5# tossed on by Kevin as I was pushing off. LOL!
