    Grip was GONE for KBS. The thought of 53# coming down on my head was freaking me out a little at the end.

    2. Agreed, that was a grip killer. 53# is a lot of weight to be tossing over head that many times. Fast run too!

    Happy with my run. Pull ups could have been better, but that’s just the relationship I have with the pull up bar. A bit disappointed in my KBS, as I was hoping for 30, but my grip just gave way. On a high note, first time I’ve swung more than 35#, so it’s not all bad.

    Nice working out with the 5:30 crew for a change of pace.

    Run felt good, I lost my concentration when I hit 20 pull-ups (wasn’t expecting it) and I was very surprised how quickly by grip disappeared on the KBS…I really thought I would get more in.
    Interesting WOD, nice change of pace.

    500m Row – still stuck at 1:47. I think I need a technique refresher.
