    Glad the person running ahead of me had a t-shirt that said ” you will pass out before you die” …I found it very inspirational.

    Overhead Squat:

    Worked 1RM sets to 1×120 (30lb PR!)

    Squat Jumps 3x(3×3) with 30s rest between sets. Starting from bottom of squat
