20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

For every minute on the minute you have to perform 4 burpees.

    WOD (modified):
    20 Thrusters (95#)
    20 SDHP (95#)
    20 Push Jerks (95#)
    20 OHS (45#) (attempted one at 95# but not worth a dislocation)
    20 Front Squats (95#)

    *4 burpees on each minute

    Time —> 16:50

    … and a total of 68 burpees! Not pleasant but somewhat satisfying when completed. Great job everyone! Enjoy your weekend!

    Thinking about the workout again I think I could shave a minute off my time.. (In the video the people who did well were doing push press, which are much faster and easier on the legs IMO)

    Not that I want to do it again.. haha
