20 Burpee Pull ups on rings (1 foot above reach)
15 Toes to bar
5 Jumps over a 20″ box

    Hard part was the pullups…the one foot above reach was tough on moving rings. Really good workout!

    Great job to everyone who tackled the workout this morning.

    See some of you tonight! Come with empty stomachs, there’s going to be a ton of food!

    Now that it is done…I can say that I didn’t mind this one. Round 1 was the worst…on round 2 and 3, I found my grove.

    – 15 Toes-2-Bar

    If you think you’ll be staying past 12, there’s a parking lot just down the street at the Dud James Arena. Wouldnt want anyone getting a ticket.
