    10 Push Ups with parallettes (from knees)
    5 Pull Ups

    3 rounds + 10 Push Ups

    15 Wallballs 14# at 10′
    10 ring pushups
    5 pullups

    5 rounds + 25 DU + 14WB

    In time remaining:AMRAP
    25 double unders
    15 wall balls 14lb at 10′ ( wallballs just about killed me today!)
    10 ring pushups ( first time doing these and I did not mind them)
    5 pullups

    4 rounds + 25 double undrs + 11 wall balls

    Enjoyed this WOD, but my shoulders need a break!
