UPDATE: To simplify the assigning of judges, we need people to register for one of three classes set up in Zenplanner. The times are not set in stone, but merely beginning, middle and finalย heats. Once I have all the judges assigned, I’ll post the heat list every Friday. Please register before 9pm EVERY Thursday.

    WOD Rx = 6:53 (PR by 9 sec, split times: 0:53 – 1:01 – 0:59 – 1:01)

    Fuck that hurt.

    Strategy: no pacing, just go. Last round everything started hurting, bad.

  9. Ok…the CrossFit peeps have wore me down. I am now officially registered for the open ๐Ÿ™‚ No predictions on the 1st WOD, but oh for the love of God, please NO SQUATS!!! My quads are still toast.
