    Foam rolled with Hailey after class, thanks Hailey! Also practiced skipping, legs felt good, think I will incorporate the skipping into my WOD’s instead of scaling to something else.

    Finished 4+10KBS at half

    Completed 8+10 KBS in total.

    So awesome to see everyone today! Loved it.

    AMRAP in 13 min with a 1 min break at 6min.
    25 Doubles (scaled to 75 singles after several failed attempts at double unders)
    10 KBS (53#)
    8 Thrusters (95#)

    5 rounds + 1 thruster.

    During the warm up I was able to string some doubles together. Almost clicking when I was practicing the double unders my “donkey kick” wasn’t as bad! Still needs work.

    I feel I could have pushed harder, but was somewhat spent. Nice to come together as a CF community today for the MCF reopening.

    Also Kevin and Jo presented me with my 500 WOD t shirt… Lots of sweat went into earning that T and I’ve LOVED Every minute of it. Thanks to Kevin and Jo. I love CFM.

  12. Did the ‘Be Strong’ MCF re-opening wod today; I thought I had 5 rounds + 15 du’s but I’m starting to second-guess myself now that I’ve seen the other scores.. Seems like maybe I should have only had 4+ but I have no way to know. Oh well. It was a great wod.
