    I had a bit of a bone to pick with the sled after the last time we did these… I’m so glad I came to today’s class, and proved to myself that I could do these 🙂

    Failed a couple of attempts @ 175#, Bar was at eye level so a little more work one form and I should have it.

    focused on technique and didn’t push it with weight since I have a gimp shoulder and back these days.

    then did Mandy’s upper body mobility class, this was great!!

    Note – need to work on start position and then the transition between mid-hang and high-hang

    Stayed for the mobility clinic and so glad I did. It was great! Thank you Chantal and Amanda 🙂
