  1. I would like 1 medium size heavy hoodie in a foresty green please! Kinda like the Cape staff shirts. btw what’s going on them anyways? If they don’t have green then brown please!

    My hands/grip are not what they used to be a few months ago…I have a hard thing staying on the bar for more than 10 reps….that sucks. I need to bring back the pullups in my warmup.

    I managed to open both of my hands at 3 spots after 90 reps…the shower was painful! But I am glad I almost beat Pierre!! 🙂
