Etc…until you get to
1 Clean, Run 200m

    5 rounds for time of:
    400 meter run
    95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps


    Got some nice blisters on my hands from that one. Think I would have rather done the clean and run WOD.

  9. Thanks Tony! It was my first round of OHS that ruined my time. I broke it up in 3 sets (Gah!). My last 2 rounds were unbroken!

    Maybe a better warm-up next time.

    I wish I had enough weight at home for that workout…maybe I can find some extras laying around somewheres! Good job on the workout everyone!

  14. So since I am in St-John’s, I had to run Signal Hill up and down. Let say, the downhill was far worst than the uphill. My shins were on fire…

    So I did 3.1k total. It took me 17 minutes total.
    The steepiest point was an 11% hill for 250m. I started at an elevation of 20m and finish at 140m after 1.5k.

    Anyways, I am not used to run hills like that…so it was a good experience!

    Hope you guys are having a good time at the gym.

    Oh, and BTW, I go Screech in tonight. 🙂
