    I went too slow cycling my push presses on the first round…realized I didn’t have much more to go after round one, so just went all out after that.

    And that makes 24 of 12 workouts for double workouts!

    I dropped my weight in relation to UB Push level from Blue (65#) to Orange (55#) because of how the push presses felt in the strength. I think I could have done the wod at 65# though since all push presses were unbroken… Next time.
