    Gabe and I had a little pre-WOD communication meeting and determined that if we completed the round of 40 DB snatches and the 15 BBJs with 6 minutes remaining, we could finish the WOD. It worked out for both of us! Great work Gabe…that was a tough one. PR for me of almost a minute from 17.1.

    Didn’t finish this one in the time cap when we did it in Feb. Doing step overs from the beginning helped and a lower box height. Lungs were on fire and I’m still coughing.

    Beat my time in February by 20 seconds or so, and in Feb i didn’t do alternating DB snatches. I have room for improvement in switching/alternating DB’s…some efficiencies to be gained for sure

    Burpees felt slow near the end. It was mainly the jump that was the worst part. Snatches felt pretty good. 10, 20, 15+15, 25+12+8, 15+15+12+8

    About minutes faster than Feb.22, but also 2:30 slower than 2017. I’ll take it!

    Awesome to see so much green and hear all the cheering. It really felt like the Open today/tonight.

    Today = 200 reps 😞

    Something needs to change!!! On a good note, the dB snatches are much easier now than they were in 2017, I just couldn’t move as fast today..

    I still. Love the open. 🙂
