220 reps …. so close!!!
Completed last minute. Did not go well!! A year of little to no fitness and bad eating is definetly showing. In 2017 I did this wod in 16:33
Today = 200 reps 😞
Something needs to change!!! On a good note, the dB snatches are much easier now than they were in 2017, I just couldn’t move as fast today..
