We will have an athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. There’s a lot to go over, so please try to be there at this time. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 6 minute transition between heats.

    This was my first workout in a week and a half because I have been sick with a head cold..
    I may have over paced, but breathing and coughing were a small set back.. Push ups were not pretty.. –>Mel work on that!
    My only goal, as it was last year was to rock the bear Crawl 🤣 Nailed it!

      Also so I don’t hurt myself doing math next time, I was 9 reps into the Deadlifts in the second round..

    Finished second set of 15 dead lifts for total reps of 136. Compare to 18.3 from March 2018, I had 143 reps.

  12. Rx – 31 reps.

    Went into this having only ever done 3 HSPU without an ab mat. Really happy with it.

    Biggest struggle was keeping my core tight because my back was trashed after the deadlifts and the heavy deads at powerlifting the night before,

    Standard was hard to meet – I had many failed reps that I either didn’t hit the line, or got high enough but didn’t stay on the wall.
