2. For those like me at the intermediate stage of DU’s, this is a skipping WOD. Found it better to pace in order to decent DU’s chunks than push and trip up continuously… lots of lost time every trip up

Did 20.2 on Sunday in OG:
Coming off the stomach flu, havenβt done a t2b or put a dumbbell overhead in 6+ months…
Rx = 384 reps = 11 rounds + 10 reps
All I did was stay slow cause I didnβt want to get sick if I jacked my heart rate!
All doubles were unbroken except round 10 (womp)

5 Rounds Rx then scaled. Just shy of 18 rounds (603~ish reps)
Decided to try this Rx because my DU were going well in the warm up with a good rhythm of single single double. Started the WOD and couldn’t DU to save my life and I got frustrated, which made things worse. Finally started to get a rhythm back in the last two rounds but only managed 5 + T2B.
I was really unhappy with the Rx score so I redid this scaled the next day. I ended up with 33 rounds and 4 reps.
Definitely need to work on skills more.
