    Started half and half with snatch.
    Second round and forward was clean and pushpress.
    6 Rds 4 burpees. Couldn’t cycle that much weight that fast. Burpees were nice to catch breath

  10. Rx’d – 156 reps (only 3 reps shy of 2019).

    This time, did C&J’s the entire time. Felt way better. Burpees were not great.

    Did mostly snatches this time and I think they’re actually slower for me? Or maybe my burpees were slower. And I really have no idea if I counted right!
