  20. Kevin! I’m going to hang on to my 6:30 tomorrow as my call time to set is 8am… I may be done in time to make class. If I’m not wrapped by 6ish tomorrow though, I won’t have access to a computer to let you know….. I guess I’ll do the running… unless you feel forgiving due to the extenuating circumstances. Your call I’ll understand either way.
Hope you all had a great day today!
    Cheers!

      1. Production meeting, hair cut and final approval on script. (Nice to finally have the final draft… the night before we shoot) Had to be part of a web cast conference to allow the big wigs in T.O. to see my hair length and issue final approval.
        Very weird.
        Sorry though, I’ll run.

My legs are not cooperating while walking down the stairs!!!!!!

  25. Did some clean and jerks yesterday. Got up to 205.

    Split jerks this morning.

7 strict handstand pushups (matched PR).

Nervous as hell for the wods. They should be posted tomorrow.

  26. Okay…. so I’ll post it here and probably a bunch more times before it’s all over…. but I need the help of my crossfit brothers and sisters.

    Here we go:
I’ve been selected to participate in Lavalife’s Top Singles Search 2010. Hundreds from all across Canada submit and they choose the top 15 guys and top 15 girls as the Top 30. The Top 30 then must compete against each other and get votes. The top 5 guys and girls then get sent to Toronto to compete head to head. The voting site opens up at 10am May 25th and voting runs until June 13th. You can vote for me once per day. Every time you vote you’ll be entered to win $1000 bucks.

How I look at it folks is that we just have to beat 10 people. Once I’m in Toronto against the other 4 it will be on me to bring it home, but it’s the getting to T.O. part that I really need your help with. I believe that if I get the chance to go to compete in the Big Smoke, I’ll book this gig. I just need you to believe with me and in me too.

Helping is easy. It’ll just take a few extra clicks of your mouse.
Just go to the site: http://www.lavalifetopsingles.com/en/Default.aspx
Check out the Top 30 (supposed to be available May 25th) and please give me your vote.
If you want to be in the running to win the $1000 bones then you may have to provide a little info for the draw, but just to vote I don’t believe you need to do anything but click. (That’s according to the info that they have sent me)
Also as part of my participation in this competition I have to keep a blog on their site…. so if you’re bored give it a look. I’ll try to give you a smile.

So that’s my pitch folks. Any help you all could give me would be wonderful and I’d really appreciate it. I’m going to try to bring home this win for CF Moncton.
Rememeber you can vote for me every day until June 13th… and hey who knows, maybe one of you could win the $1000 bucks!

    Thanks for reading folks!
    Cheers,
    Liam
