  1. CW x 2
    Strength: Push Press (5-5-5)
    55lbs, 65lbs, 70lbs

    5km run
    Time: 26:17

Thanks Pat for being my compass. 😀

  2. Elissa – Hope you start feeling better soon.

Janine – The WOD has to be performed at the gym to receive a ballot.

    Nice runs this morning everyone!

  3. Did deadlifts this morning while people were out on their runs.

    135×1
    215×1
    255×1
    295×1
    315×1
    335×1
    355×1

Felt super heavy and far from a PR.

  4. Kevin, with smiles like that, I think you should have worked some people a little bit harder!!! From my point of view, there is only one rough looking character…LOL

  5. CFWU x2

    Strength: Clean (5-5-5)
    15-35-45

    3km run
    Time: 18:43

This is the first time that I have run more than 800m at one time, and I did it today without walking at all. Feels great!

  6. CFWU X 2
    STRENGTH Deadlift 5-5-5
    (125)-135-225-275

    Run 5K – 32:59 almost 2 min slower than PR 🙁

Awesome job Tim! Its not every day you can shave 4 minutes off for a PR – then go back for more! YA HOO!! Nice job!!

  7. STRENGTH—> Front Squat 5-5-5

    135-185-195 (PR for reps)

    Run 5k—> 26:51

That is not a PR but I am happy with my time anyway, but I still wonder how I manage to do that 5k in 22 minutes before.

    1. Let me mark this down in my calendar. July 21st, 2009 is the first day I beat Pierre on a WOD 🙂 Now I need to work on strength hehe.

  8. Pierre – after the dust cleared when you flew by me 🙂 , it looked like you were having back issues?

  9. Did some shoulder presses tonight while the evening crew were gone for a run.

    95×3
    105×1
    115×1
120×1 – PR! Finally!! Seems like I’ve been at 115 forever!

  10. I took it easy and I just did Strength
    Back Squat 8×1
    45-65-95-105-115-135-145-155 PR by #15
