  1. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement last night, such a positive environment!! I felt nervous going in and felt 10ft. tall after leaving (is it possible that all those chin-ups stretched me?). See ya tonight.

Pierre and Kevin: Enjoy the rest tonight and all the best this weekend @ the qualifiers in Freddy.

  2. Welocme Rob. You did great on your first WOD with us. Good luck everyone with the burpees. I love them so much that I am sorry to miss them Oh well, gotta work. I’ll take lots of pictures at the Games. Krista is official photographer. I will just do the Moncton guys.

  3. Hey guys
    Welcome Rob!

    WU mobility

WOD as above 10-1, 1-10 burpees/pull ups (sub sit ups- no p/u bar in the hotel)
    10 min and change

See y’all Sat in Freddy Beach!

  4. CFWU x 2

“CrossFit Baseball” – We were on teams and there was something about “bases” and “runs.”

This was one of Kevin’s “games” although there were no actual balls, bats, gloves, or bases. I was confused until I translated it into CF language…

    AMRAP in 10mins of:
    10 Box Jumps, 20″
    10 Squats
    10 Wall Ball Shots, 14#
    400m Run

3 Rounds even. Our team won, right?

    Burpee/Pull-Up WOD: 11:20

  5. thanks for the translation Jeanette. I grew up playing sports.. yet, i can’t seem to understand that baseball terminology

  6. Look now, kids love it. First base was BJ, 2nd was squats, 3rd was wall ball and home was 400m. You had to get “around the bases” to get a run. The team with the most “runs” wins! FUN!!

    Well…I had fun watching them.

  7. yeah.. but why 10 box jumps to reach first base? i don’t get it.
I definately get the “fun watching ” part though. I might try that with my group. hehe.

  8. LOL… saw that descriptor of 1st base and left it alone, thanks for stepping up Anthony. As for CF Baseball, I’ve got to give a shout out to my victorious team mates the “Fembots” Jeanette and Elissa… great effort and thanks for helping ensure that Kevin’s cruel “game” didn’t go into extra innings.

Have a great weekend everyone… and much success to those competing in Freddy!

  9. Oh my god! How did I miss the BJ reference??? Now that game sounds more interesting 😉

Save the other games for the kids, Kevin.
