    I did the first 3 rounds in 9:55, so I hit the 12 minute time cap with my break. For my first day back in a few weeks I’m pretty happy with how I did! Thanks coach for the mini snatches refresher! It definitely helped!

      1. You did great, I didn’t do it much different. I think the only thing a person can do is go faster on the Burpees, I don’t think your mu’s hurt anything you are very efficient at them!!

  19. WOD Rx today Saturday in open gym

    92 reps

    Tie break time = 5:20

    Could of went faster on the first 3 rounds of burpees

    Muscle ups were all singles
    First 6 felt OK then my shoulders died

    Clock was all wonky so it was hard for jeff to know when I had to end.. I did 93 reps but once I watched my video I only got 92 reps at the 12 min cap
