18.4

Registration in Zen Planner will be open at 7am and close at 12pm. You must decide if you’re doing Rx’d OR Scaled in advance. Once a heat is full, it’s full. When you arrive at the gym, your name will be on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name.

We will have an athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 6 minute transition between heats.

Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.

*Spirit points – We will be taking team photos around 6:30. The team with the most green people will win the 5 points.

    All about the handstand PUs and making each rep count. Got 18 HSPUs with many no reps… I could have gone back to the bar if I would of made all my reps count and would have gotten a much better score.

    My main goal was to stay scaled with the hand release push ups and not go modified. Glad I was able to accomplish that but know I can get deeper into that work out next time!

    My goal was to get to the bear crawls.. Nailed it!

    I focused on pushup standards by not letting my hips touch the floor and keeping my body straight, I did sets of 5..
