Registration in Zen Planner will be open at 7am and close at 12pm. You must decide if you’re doing Rx’d or Scaled/Modified in advance. Once a heat is full, it’s full. When you arrive at the gym, your name will be on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name.

We will have a athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 5 minute transition between heats.

Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.

    I wasn’t expecting the first part to take so long. I was steady throughout with short breaks but should have sped up a bit. I would have liked to have time for at least 2 more lift attempts.

  2. Did it scaled (20lb), finished 7 burpees of the last round.

    Only about halfway through did I realize that I could step over the bar, so went from jumping to stepping. Next time I’ll be consistent.

    I am super happy and actually a bit surprised. I was aiming for a 225 clean thinking the first part would kill me buuuuut… I was actually surprised with a 1# PR, lol.

      1. 250 is my hang clean, I’ve been scared to do it full clean. But I think the strength cycle has helped me alot in the background and I’ll be testing it in the near future!

    Weight went up surprisingly easy should have started heavier but I didn’t know where I would get to. Still happy with the result.
    Note for next time suck it up and push a little harder on the first part, I can handle it!!

    Went out to fast and paid for it…

    Was hoping to get #215, which would tie my PR but just too tired.
