    After chatting with Jordan this morning about our age difference, I am grateful for this 61 year old body that still can do amazing things. Happy Monday!

    1. I hear you Jackie, I’m grateful too. I was just thinking about age difference the other day. I feel I’m doing pretty good for my age. It will be my 3rd year in the Masters Division this year! and you LOOK amazing.

    Switched to burpee step-overs after missing the box after the round of 20 snatches and getting a nice scarp on my leg.

    2017: 217/225

    I felt like this wod jumped up and personally attacked me with a weapon. It was just as bad as I remembered.
